Initially spoke to Nohman to enquire about a change to my order and he was very helpful and met my request. I went ahead and placed the order which arrived promptly. However, it came without the frames which were selected upon ordering.
Norman took full responsibility and offered to deliver them himself in person and fit the frames. Nohman travelled over 30 miles to deliver and install the frames.
What can I say, Nohman went above and beyond with his service and return gained a very satisfied customer.
