FAQs

Is this a printed canvas or hand-painted?

Our artwork is digitally printed, not hand-painted. It is produced using premium printing techniques, giving it rich colours and a high-quality finish.

While it isn’t hand-painted, the colour depth and texture give it a beautiful, artistic appearance that can look remarkably similar to a painted piece.

How durable is the canvas? Will the colours fade over time?

Our artwork is printed using archival-quality inks, designed for long-lasting vibrancy and fade resistance. Customers consistently praise the rich colours that stay true and beautiful for years.

What's the difference between your canvas and print-only options?

Our artwork is digitally printed using archival-quality inks, designed for long-lasting vibrancy and fade resistance. Customers consistently praise the rich colours and high-quality finish that stays beautiful for years.

What are Premium frames?

Premium frames are high-quality outer frames for canvases, available in three elegant finish options:

  • Gold - A luxurious gold finish
  • Silver - A sleek silver finish
  • Black - A sophisticated black finish

All Premium frames feature the same excellent construction and quality - the main difference between them is the finish color you choose for your canvas artwork.

What if I’m not happy with the canvas once it arrives?

We offer a 30-day return policy with a full refund if you’re not completely satisfied. Our goal is your complete happiness with your purchase.

Will it look like the photos online?

Yes — and often even better in person. The camera can’t always capture the depth and richness. Plus, we offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee in case it’s not the perfect fit for your space.
